Product description:  

The dehydrated product is packaged in 2 kg polypropylene packs and then into 20 kg cardboard boxes.

Preparation:

Combine contents of a 2 kg pack with 8 litres of cold or hot water, then mix until complete dissolved.

Yield:

On a basis of 150g per portion for one person, each 2 kg pack yields 65 portions.

Storage/shelf life:

As long as the product is stored in a dry place, its shelf life is 12 months.
